Trips are available to Cairo and the Pyramids via road or air.  If you would like to include this as part of your holiday it can be planned through travel agents in the shopping halls. You will need a visa, available at Sharm el Sheikh airport.

The Red Sea offers some of the best diving and snorkelling in the world. There are numerous boat trips available for the professional and beginner, a must for those who love the water.

Sharm el Sheikh's has two golf courses one located between the International airport and Naama Bay, the other in the Nabq Bay area.

Kite Surfing is very popular in the Nabq Bay area of Sharm, the shallow waters and warm breeze create the ideal conditions for those new to the sport and the accomplished high flyers. 

Naama Bay was the first resort area in Sharm, it is a busy resort near to the old town of Sharm with lots of shops, bars, restaurants, it is a 15 minute taxi or bus ride from Nabq Bay.

Nabq Bay is a more relaxed area with generally less people, but there is still plenty to see and do. It is great for cycling or walking, especially up to the mangroves in the north of Nabq Bay.
